Our Pastors

Pastors Robert and Norma Rosado were born and raised in the South Bronx of New York City. They met at the age of sixteen; and by the time they were nineteen, they had their first child. In their early years together, Robert became involved with gangs and drugs and lived that lifestyle for 10 years.

In 1979 Robert and Norma were introduced to Jesus Christ through the ministry of Cookie Rodriquez at a street evangelism meeting. They accepted Jesus as their Savior, were married, and entered full-time ministry in Dover, Pennsylvania. A year later (September of 1980) they moved to Chicago to serve as directors of the North Central New Life for Girls Ministry. They served in that capacity for 13 years until the Lord called them to start a similar ministry in Carol Stream, Illinois.

In 1993 they founded Crossroads Ministries International, a residential, non-profit, educational organization dedicated to meeting the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of troubled young women. They pioneered sister ministries in Tampa, Florida; Alabama; and Ohio.

In 2001 the Rosado’s sensed God calling them to start a church. They rented a small room in an office building where they began services with a handful of people. Thus Crossroads Restoration Church was born. A year later they found a building in West Chicago and converted it into a beautiful sanctuary with classrooms, offices, and nursery. CRC is a unique church where the focus is not on numbers but on lives, a place where new believers are born and lives are restored.

If you are looking for a different kind of church with a different kind of people, we invite you to visit CRC. You will be glad you came!
